Setting Up HTTP Proxy Server
Open Final Uninstaller. At the top of the main window, click Settings.
On the "Update Options" pane, place a checkmark next to the item "Use HTTP proxy server". And fill in the form with your proxy server's IP address and port. Fill in a user name and password if necessary.
